- NENigel EastonOct 8, 20265.0Purchased a mixer shower whose mixer proved to be defective upon installation as I couldn't stop it leaking. The MKM assistant was helpful, understanding and supportive, and without any hesitation, did swap the shower in its entirety. Customer Care was top quality

- DODamian OvertonJun 3, 20265.0MKM Shrewsbury have given us a fantastic kitchen from design to delivery and gone above and beyond our expectations. Dan in the showroom was amazing and gave us the time and ideas to make the right choices as we were working to a budget.
- MMMrAlexGbMay 27, 20261.0Have to wait around for staff to stop talking to eachother and the Pricing isn’t reliable enough to count on some times the washers are 4p each which is spot on next minute there 7p which is pricy but justifiable and now there 11p each and when I mention that this cannot be the right pricing I was told that’s what it is now? I can get a box of the same branded product; 100 for £3.50. I can’t justify going to MKM again too unreliable
