But nothing was to much trouble for him, he just wanted everything to be ok with us. The delivery men were so careful, putting runners on the carpet, and covering all the doors. - LSLuke SJul 9, 20242.0Overall a pretty poor experience. Design notes not shared with us, and retconned in after contracts signed with notes saying we were aware and agreed. Design elements promised and not delivered. Lack of responses to simple questions or follow ups. It seems that they are only there to get your sales on the books and move on. Very regrettable, and as it turns out wildly expensive even at the whatever DFS style sale price you get given the quality. You'd be better going to Ikea and hiring a handyperson to fit it all up, and you'd save thousands.

Our designer was really helpful and patient with us, he didn't try to push us with alternatives that were out of our budget and he worked closely to help us design our kitchen. He took the time to listen to what we wanted. Any issues we had with delivery were quickly resolved with a call to customer services who sorted our issue with flooring really quickly. We Love the flexible finance option aswell making it affordable for us.

Is a Wren kitchen design service free?
Yes, we offer a free, no obligation design package worth up to �200. One of our surveyors will visit your home and take detailed measurements of your space which will be uploaded to our system. You will then meet your very own designer who will produce a 3D plan of your room based on your ideas. Speak to an advisor for more information.
How long does it take to get a Wren kitchen?
Once you have discovered your dream Wren Kitchen and placed your order, we will aim to deliver your kitchen within four weeks.
Who can I contact if I have an issue with my order?
In the unlikely event, there are damaged or missing items within your order, we currently have a lead time of up to 10 days for replacement items.
