  I have bought many kitchens over the years and have never experienced anything like this. We were promised additional discounts/rebates by our designer, Charlie, at the Sheffield store during the design process. These were discussed on multiple occasions before we signed the contract and before we took delivery. Once the kitchen was delivered, those promises were not honoured. When we raised it, nobody wanted to know. We submitted a formal complaint in December 2024. We have only just received a final response. In between, I chased often but months passed with no meaningful contact, no investigation, and no resolution. By the time they got around to looking into it properly, any evidence from our design appointments had been deleted. They will say anything to close the sale, then when the kitchen is delivered no longer want to know. When we escalated, the management team at the Sheffield store took absolutely no ownership and made no attempt to reach a resolution. Every response kicked the complaint further down the road. There is zero aftersales support and no genuine willingness to investigate or resolve complaints. We have now referred this to the Furniture and Home Improvement Ombudsman. I would not use Wren again and could not recommend them to anyone, trade or otherwise. Buy elsewhere.

  Very experienced and knowledgable staff. No pressure to buy, we were left to wander around until we wanted questions answered. Placed our order which was straight forward. I'll be interested to know how easy the kitchen installers will carry out the fitting. Until the kitchen is in I'll leave my final review until then.

  Had an excellent experience with my kitchen (refurb) from Wren at Drakehouse Branch. From start Chi the designer booked an appointment and came to my home,he took measurements and went through everything that I was looking for in a kitchen, colour,design etc of my choice.I was undecided at the time whether to remove a stud wall and have open plan. Chi designed open plan as well as keeping the dividing wall. I wasn't sure what I would go for at first. Extra work for Chi planning 2 designs. I was left with time to decide. No pressure sales at all . Very relaxed,time given to decide. I had the stud wall removed in the end ,opened the rooms to have open plan kitchen and breakfast bar. Chi went above and beyond to get the choice I was happy with. Couple of glitches from structural engineer,had us changing a few things,Chi had everything in hand.He made the whole process so easy for me this took away the worry of it all. Any teething problems.Chi was always available to help. I was initially going to go to Howdens for my kitchen.After my son recommended Wren kitchen.I decided to give wren a call at least have a look. Booked my appointment Chi called to my home with samples,went through all the discounts available. Job done there and then I proceeded and Chi took my order. Wren beat the Howdens quote.Based on the same design.I mainly chose Wren because of the quality of the products,and price. Plus got the chunky look with the breakfast bar. Something Howdens didn't do.I specifically wanted the thicker looking breakfast bar.Looks amazing. Chi was extremely helpful.Not a straight forward process for him. I am extremely happy with the whole process from start to finish. It's given my home a fresh modern look.Family love it too. Just to add Chi is an asset to Wren Drake House. A Trusted and reliable person in hour of need. Everything from design and delivery was easy from Wren . Thank you. Wren come highly recommended from me. Delivery was straight forward too. 5 *

  Great store with very friendly staff. Plenty of kitchens to view and lots of doors, worktops, sinks etc to choose from. Design service and vr vision to help see your design.

  I would not reccomend at all only good thing were the installers ( Trett ) who worked effortless from arriving at 8am and not leaving till 7pm. We had to chase up everything even installers , we went to wren many times ! We had alot of damaged parts and waited for replacements , I know this can happen but so much ? Communication was terrible and eventually a manager rang for payment , we went in over weekend and was told the person who dealt with us was no longer working for wren. We had dealing with a person called Wayne who was really friendly and sent a email saying how unprofessional the treatment we had received, we received nothing from wren, no email no apology. Only a manager at wren said person who dealt with us was no longer there. If wanting a kitchen go to a private independent/ family run you will get better service.
