  I would not reccomend at all only good thing were the installers ( Trett ) who worked effortless from arriving at 8am and not leaving till 7pm. We had to chase up everything even installers , we went to wren many times ! We had alot of damaged parts and waited for replacements , I know this can happen but so much ? Communication was terrible and eventually a manager rang for payment , we went in over weekend and was told the person who dealt with us was no longer working for wren. We had dealing with a person called Wayne who was really friendly and sent a email saying how unprofessional the treatment we had received, we received nothing from wren, no email no apology. Only a manager at wren said person who dealt with us was no longer there. If wanting a kitchen go to a private independent/ family run you will get better service.

  I had a member of there measuring team come to measure my kitchen. I went into this store to see a member of there team to work out what I needed as I had no idea what I was doing.they were in constant contact before I made my payment . Then I got my kitchen delivered the problem started . Charlie had done my layout had not put a draw in I had rang before having this all delivered and he has added one in and sent me the new layout to see where it would go. He was going to sort it all out. When we noticed it was not there I contacted the store.who said they would speak to Charlie and it would be sorted.the 1st person I spoke to was very rude . I then spoke to Charlie who said he would sort it and ring me back. This did not happen so I rang the store again and spoke to Craig who was lovely he said he will look into it again.and someone will ring me back. A lovely person called like rang and said he could see this issuehw would speak to Charlie. I have had to ring again today the person I spoke to said Charlie had been off for a week and had gone straight out to a home visit. I asked for head office number which he gave me . I rang them at 10.30 this morning and still not rang me back at 1.30 People told me this company was not good I wish I had listen to them now. So I cannot finish my kitchen due to fitter having to start a new job. 😤😤😡

  Wren are very keen indeed to keep in touch up to the point when you sign the contract, but provide very poor customer service thereafter. They changed my kitchen designer twice (so I had three designers altogether) and this led to a series of miscommunications, mistakes and screwups. They also gave me poor advice (the extractor hood they recommended was inappropriate and had to be returned (I had to buy my my own extractor hood); they agreed to provide flooring (we even agreed the specific floor tiles) but this never appeared on the contract (again, I had to arrange purchase and installation of flooring myself); the Wren surveyor who came to measure up the space prior to design made an error measuring one of my walls of over 22cm! This meant that the units and appliances in the design could not be installed and had to be changed. Such a large measurement error when using modern laser measuring devices is grossly incompetent. One of the designers told me my extractor hood could be vented up my chimney, but I later learned that this is completely untrue. Two builders assured me that no extractor hood is powerful enough to force air up a chimney flue in a two storey house. There were several other issues too over the entire period. When I made a formal complaint at the end of the installation, all they offered was to accept a return of the unused extractor and refund it. This is the very least possible remedy they could have offered. They did not offer anything else such as a discount on the final bill (given the sheer number of screwups, poor communication and stress over the more than 12 months of a very expensive project). An extremely unimpressive company.

  We had such a fantastic experience with Chi at Wren Drakehouse from start to finish. As this is our first home, it was really important to us that everything felt personalised and tailored to our style, while still getting the best possible value for our budget, and Wren absolutely delivered on both. After visiting several other places, the difference in service here was immediately noticeable. It was by far the best experience we’ve had. Overall, we couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend Wren Kitchens Sheffield to anyone, especially if you get the chance to work with Chi!

  "Extremely disappointed with the service from Wren Kitchens and Bedrooms. We were given a specific delivery date by our salesman, which was a deciding factor for us as we both work and have dogs to coordinate care for. Based on this promise, we organised our entire schedules to be home. However, once Wren took our full payment, that date mysteriously vanished. We are still waiting for a delivery, and to make matters worse, the staff are now denying that they ever gave us that date in the first place. It feels like we were told exactly what we wanted to hear just to close the sale, and now that they have our money, the customer service has evaporated. Dealing with them has been highly inconvenient and stressful. They simply do not seem to care about the impact their lack of honesty has on their customers' lives. Avoid if you value transparency and reliable delivery."
