  Update 2 (Morning after the first delivery and the happy ending.) They've come and moved the material, despite parked cars, traffic and narrow roads! Lovely delivery guy - super helpful, as was everyone I spoke to on the phone today. I know what to do differently next time and really appreciate the extra mile MKM went to today. Best customer service I've experienced in a long time! Update 1 So, I **was** frustrated after getting home after a really long day at work to find the 850kg bag of stone I'd ordered dumped in front of the (terrace) house, which is going to be challenging to shift. With previous orders, I'd always received a call and talked through the delivery arrangement. That said: 1) They responded to the first review extremely quickly and apologised for situation. 2) They were responsive on the phone and offered to rectify the situation and move the bag. 3) They explained what I could do differently when I make an order to avoid this happening again. (E.g. I live in a terrace house in the middle of a row - and I'd need to give a different location for the point of access to the alleyway to the garden.) 4) They'd been clear, polite and helpful in all communication since. Grateful for this help - lots of learning for the next time. I'd be very happy to order again and recommend them.

  Dave from Rutland rd delivered my stones today, he was marvellous, he was very professional , took great care in getting my bulk bag over my wall where he use a crane to hoist it over. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND MKM for all your supplies.
