- IRImogen RoweApr 4, 20265.0We bought our kitchen through the Doncaster store and couldn't have had a better experience. The range is not as wide as some but Mitchell took us through the design and changed the things we wanted. We came back to him a couple of times to make amendments before it was delivered and he was always so accommodating and helpful. The delivery guys were lovely and very efficient. We should have gone with a Magnet fitter, I really don't think they're a bad price and we would have got a more professional fit than we did with an independent fitter. Mitchell was available and happy to help with fitting instructions and pointers and the aftercare Magnet offer is second to none. We ended up having to buy a new door because our fitter messed up and again, Mitchell was super nice about it. The cabinets themselves are a really nice quality and look so nice. The colour is beautiful and they will last a long time and look classy for a long time. Honestly a brilliant experience, can't recommend them enough! It's so refreshing to have really good customer service and people who seem to care about our experience.
