  It's a very poor advertisement for your company having an arrogant HGV driver that either has an ego problem or simply does not know the highway code , is a danger to the road and should maybe take his driving test again or at very least recieve some company training Today 13/08/26 at around 5pm traveling on the m48 your driver (i have the full reg on dash cam) thinks it's clever to straddle both lanes of the m48 towards severn bridge blocking anyone from passing in a live merging lane. Highway code rule 134 read it and learn, maybe educate your driver so that he at worse doesn't cause an accident and at very least cause more traffic ques and misery to other people! I have your drivers poor display recorded on dash cam and will consider reporting it to the police

  I bought a kitchen in December 2025. I was clueless as I have not renovated a kitchen before. Paul Fury was very helpful and guided me through the process. He was a good listener and gave me great tips. I settled for a J Pull model as I wanted handleless cabinets. They sent a professional surveyor to measure up my old kitchen to ensure that the cabinets will fit properly. He was very thorough. Once Paul had the measurements, I went in for a design meeting. He maximised my storage spaces through tall (almost up to the ceiling) and fit for purpose cabinets. I had quotes from 2 other competitors but Wren offered the best deal and service. It was amazing to visualise the kitchen through their Virtual Reality technology. I also got all my appliances from Wren as they match to the lowest prices of major suppliers. I was renovating my kitchen which meant new ceiling, flooring, plastering, etc. So I decided to choose the same builder to install the kitchen and thus did not go for Wren fitting service. The builder could do the work in May. Wren was happy to wait. I paid the 10% deposit, and the rest about 6 weeks before the delivery scheduled in May. Before I chose the builder, I did get chase up monthly emails/ calls from Wren but they were not pushy. From December to May when I paid my final balance, I benefitted from all the discounts Wren did during that time. They have a policy whereby they lock the price when the customer has paid the deposit, which means the price will not go up but can go down if there are offers till the final balance is paid. So I actually paid less than the price I was quoted in December. I could also make modifications to the design with Paul till before I pay the final balance. The cabinets manufactured by Wren were all of good standard. There were a couple of shelves missing which were very easy to order through their app. They also replaced the faulty sink which they get from their suppliers. Their replacement team was very polite and helpful when I called them a couple of times. I have been using my new kitchen for a couple of months now. I am very pleased with it. It is very functional and easy to use. Thank you Paul and all the team at Wren to have made this possible.

  Brilliant visit with Polina who designed an amazing kitchen for us. More floor space, cupboards and hidden pull out waste bins. Hob and oven in its own unit with space either side. Incredible.

  Initial experience was good, kitchen delivered on time and leading up to delivery information was great. Delivery team were excellent and efficient. Kitchen installation commenced on the Monday and the installation team of Andy and Cal were great, if you get them you’re in safe hands. Unfortunately that’s where the compliments end. A few issues with the kitchen became apparent as they got close to completion. They can only fit what they are given. Spoke to the salesman, became clear he’d lost interest now it was sold. Can’t get through to customer services on the phone, email they either ignore or answer just what they want to answer! I’m no nearer 6 weeks down the line to it being correct, no one seems interested, they also lie on email. It’s holding other works up, at the end of my tether!!
