Go elsewhere.
Were initially recommended by someone for kitchen quality.
We were left in the dark after the initial 'design'. Pressured into putting a deposit down.
No details were explained to us, things that make a difference in the kitchen. The 'designers' have no attention to detail. When kitchen arrived and we weren't happy with parts of it. Simple answer of 'you signed the contract' given. No refunds.
Appliances weren't explained to us, we weren't happy with them but now stuck and unable to return them.
Installation prices are very high.

Very bad experience. They force you to over engineering the project, upselling the impossible. Then when you start to build it and you realise that it is way overcrowded, they make it IMPOSSIBLE to return the carcasses. Even after successfully returning them, the store manager says the return is not conform and intimating that either you take it back, or they will destroy it in short term and you will still be liable for the total value. Sort of psychological pressure/game. Like if the carcasses (standard in shape and form) could not be sold elsewhere.
Our mistake? rely on their professionals to project the kitchen rather then following our gut feeling.
Also quality wise, after 2 years some pieces of the carcasses already broke.
Not worth the money to be fair.

Looking at buying a new kitchen for our extensions, walked in and we were the only people in the store (Sunday just gone) , 2 blokes would rather talk to each other then ask if we needed help, then one of them took a black bag to clean his car out.. spoke briefly to a lady who didn't really seem Interested In finding out what we needed, so we left and went to Wren who so far were much more helpful and actually wanted to help..(for info this was the cribbs store Bristol)- update after a year we get a reply.. can't believe you genuinely thought I would have a order reference after the above!! Kitchen has been designed and bought from Wren.....

Booked online a 90 minute appointment for a kitchen designer at Magnet Cribbs Causeway. Received email confirmation and turned-up 10 minutes early for a look around prior to our meeting. Whilst looking around the showroom, a male member of staff asked why we were there, we explained we had an appointment with a designer at 2.30pm and he responded "Oh, ok!" and returned to his screen. After 10 minutes browsing we looked for someone to show us to our designer. We spoke to a young man who was confused about our (email confirmed) appointment and then referred us to a woman still eating her lunch apparently (at 2.30pm). She was no better and said that she could see an appointment had been made but the system was showing a different time and name (really!). She said they had no designer free and that we would have to wait for another hour or rebook, No apology and the woman continued stuffing her face throughout.
Needless to say, we left and will not be returning to this very rude and unprofessional outfit. Shame we can't award no stars in this review!
