  Everything was great before the kitchen was delivered then it turned into a nightmare. Clearbee, the company contracted by Wren to remove the installation rubbish took our old kitchen and appliances out of our garage, but left behind the actual rubbish they were supposed to collect. It has been over a month now, and we still haven’t gotten our old kitchen and appliances back, nor has the rubbish been cleared. Wren's head office claims they can’t get a response from Clearbee. After paying all that money, we are left with rubbish sitting in our yard for over a month. They are nice until they lock you in. We regret choosing Wren.

  What should have been an exciting kitchen installation turned into a stressful and exhausting ordeal. The project has been plagued by delays, poor workmanship, and multiple revisit appointments to correct ongoing problems. Several items remain outstanding, including the cooker hood, yet the installer signed our name without authorisation and uploaded photographs of someone else's kitchen. To make matters worse, full payment was taken despite the installation not being complete. Communication from the store, Wren Customer Services and their Field Installation Manager was consistently poor. There was no clear accountability, and we were forced to chase repeatedly for updates, answers, and progress. For a service marketed as premium, the standard delivered fell well below expectations. The process has been disorganised from start to finish, causing unnecessary stress and frustration. I would not recommend Wren based on this experience

  Very happy with my new kitchen and the service we received from Wren at Aintree. Lewis was great, and made sure our experience of purchasing the right one, was exceptional. Great communication from start to finish and everything arrived perfectly.

  Brand new Wren kitchen arrived 1 July. The supplied Beko American Style Fridge Freezer was later found to be faulty after testing showed it was running at around 11°C, making it unsafe for food storage. We’ve been given conflicting advice by Wren Customer Care on whether it could be replaced or required an engineer, resulting in weeks without a working fridge. A goodwill payment was offered but currently only partly paid, leaving us unable to replace the appliance. We’ve also lost food (including dairy and chilled goods) and spent significant time chasing a resolution with no outcome. Extremely poor handling of a brand new kitchen. We will not be purchasing from Wren or Beko again.
