  Brilliant before you sign — non-existent after.” The sales experience at Wren Liverpool is polished and attentive, but the moment you sign on the dotted line, customer service and aftercare disappear entirely. Calls go unanswered, issues are dismissed, and the branch management shows zero accountability. Sadly, this isn’t an isolated experience — read the other reviews and you’ll see a consistent, damning pattern. Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere.

  After a great design appointment with Matthew, I tackled fitting the kitchen myself. Units are good and solid and great that they come with doors on too. My only bug bear was the self assembly corner pieces, which were quite complicated but got easier after the 1st one

  Job should have started W/C 19.02.26.The delivery of the Kitchen items Arrived 22.02.26, but as no Installers had been the delivery people had to take part of the order back. The installers finally arrived, on 23.02.26, to take out the old kitchen units and they had to put the new items in the front garden, under tarpaulin, so the Electrician and the plumber could do the first part of their job.The plasterer came on Monday & Tuesday to do his work. Wednesday was the first day of the installation. the work was eventually completed during the fourth week. We would give five stars for the kitchen units and the same for the workmen if they had turned up each day (apart from Weekends). We would recommend Wrens to people with the proviso that they get Wrens to commit to a time scale of Day Starting and a Date for finishing. Four weeks is a long time to be without a kitchen when it should have been no more than two weeks according to other sauces.

  We had a great experience with wren when organising are new kitchen. We could not fault them from start to finish.

  We didn’t end up using Wren, but thank you to Damien who came round to our house, was accommodating, brought a wealth of knowledge and ideas to the table for us. In different circumstances, we would have chosen Wren, but not this time unfortunately.
