- WHWilliam HammondJul 30, 20261.0Installer's electrician went sick for 4 weeks.I was promised 3 calls to advise when work would be done but received NO notification. When he did attend my kitchen, he hadn't been given 3 sockets. So can't use washing machine. Ipswich Wren manager NOT apologetic, just read out legal liability between Wren and installer then told me to ring installer. This manager most unhelpful. Didn't want to know nor take responsibility. Would NOT recommend Wren.

Seriously regret putting my faith in Wren's design capabilities for fitted wardrobes under a sloped ceiling. They are not up to the job and rely solely on software without any human thought process whatsoever. Initial installation was amateurish and the remedial work they agreed to made it even worse. Terrible customer service on the phone to try and get a resolution, left waiting on hold for at least 30 minutes at a time, days between email responses and now refusing to take any responsibility or offer a remedial plan or replacement. Will be seeking legal advice.

A special thank you to Mas, who designed our new dining room area. We already had our kitchen fitted, but wanted to make the dining space more modern and practical and Mas absolutely smashed it. The before and after transformation is incredible. Everything arrived perfectly with no missing items, installation was straightforward, and the whole process was smooth and professional throughout. Highly recommended — genuine five-star service!

Is a Wren kitchen design service free?
Yes, we offer a free, no obligation design package worth up to �200. One of our surveyors will visit your home and take detailed measurements of your space which will be uploaded to our system. You will then meet your very own designer who will produce a 3D plan of your room based on your ideas. Speak to an advisor for more information.
How long does it take to get a Wren kitchen?
Once you have discovered your dream Wren Kitchen and placed your order, we will aim to deliver your kitchen within four weeks.
Who can I contact if I have an issue with my order?
In the unlikely event, there are damaged or missing items within your order, we currently have a lead time of up to 10 days for replacement items. Please report any of these issues through your Wren account which can be found on �My Account� page on the website or the Wren app. Please visit our website for further details.
What should I do if my appliance is faulty?
The warranty for your appliance is held directly with the manufacturer. If there is a fault with your appliance, please contact the manufacturer directly.
