  We would like to give Darren, at Wren Bury St Edmunds, a huge thank you and five stars for helping us through the design process of our daughter’s kitchen. His knowledge, enthusiasm, patience and overall manner was quite exceptional and we felt very confident to place the order knowing that we were in very good hands, particularly as we will be installing the kitchen ourselves. All our queries were always answered clearly and Darren gave us advise and ideas that helped to shape the design.

  63 days since installation started, and our kitchen is still not complete. The showroom experience was very good, and our designer James was genuinely helpful throughout. Unfortunately, everything after that has been incredibly disappointing. Installer went MIA twice, poor communication from head office, no meaningful apology for the disruption caused, and we’re still being asked to pay for work that has only become necessary because of installation issues. This was our first home renovation, and what should have been an exciting experience has instead become stressful and exhausting. I sincerely hope no one else has to go through what we have.

  I have been asked to do a review on my experience with designing a new kitchen once our extension is build. I am giving 5 stars & an unseen one for Darren. He has the patience of a saint 😂 Working with me on my vision of not a boring kitchen, the island to take centre stage as a feature in its own right, as well as working around a BRG Aga. Many visits & colour thoughts to play with have been excellent so give him a wage rise please Wren !! Will post photos later in the year once it’s installed. Thankyou also for the biscuits, makes kitchen choosing more pleasurable of course.

  The whole experience of designing a new, wheelchair accessible kitchen for our home, has been very easy. The staff have all been very helpful. Darren is our designer and he listened carefully to our particular needs, offering many solutions until we found the right one. It's not easy designing a suitable kitchen when units are not made with wheelchair users in mind, but Darren's broad knowledge of what is available, has led to a happy conclusion. I now can't wait to see the kitchen installed.
