  Wordrobes Absolutely nightmare. I'm giving Zero stars. I have ordered 3 wardrobes for my new house in November 2025 with installation date about June 2026. I paid 10% in November to secure the price. The shop in Bury st Edmund asked me come few times during that time absolutely unnecessary because they didn't apply any changes that I asked for. In June when I came to pay the price of one wardrobe increased by 1000£! ( As regarding to the agreement my price should be secured). I was very angry and I resigned from this wardrobe which price gone up. When the wardrobes were fitted the installer said he will not be able to build them ( 2 wardrobes) in two days as Wren informed me in my email. He said he needs 3 days. I had to book another day of holiday at work at stay at home for 3 days. The fitted wardrobe and the desk look awful, not line up, the drawers are not working smoothly and they forgot to send the soft closure for the sliding doors which means they close with a noise. Since August I'm trying to get some to proper put the wardrobe and the desk correctly and no luck. They are sending me emails that this is my job to send them photos and videos what is wrong ( I have done it twice) and they still send me the same emails). It looks they don't care at all. The installer got back to us 3 weeks after fitting and said that my husband has got cheap equipment to check if the wardrobe is line up!!!!. But he didn't bring his ones of course. I DEFINITELY DON'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. I have ordered the third wardrobe with Sharps and they were absolutely brilliant. The fitted wardrobe is beautiful made and looks perfect.

  What should have been an exciting new kitchen has become a complete nightmare. My kitchen was delivered on 17 August, but the design had incorrect socket and heating pipe positions, and some sockets were completely missed. This caused fitting problems and extra costs for materials and labour — and my kitchen is still unfinished. I have contacted customer services multiple times and every time waited 40+ minutes just to get through. Unfortunately, I have not felt that my concerns were properly listened to or taken seriously. I understand problems can happen, but I expected Wren to take responsibility and provide better support. My advice: think twice before ordering from Wren and check every measurement, socket and pipe position yourself.

  We would like to give Darren, at Wren Bury St Edmunds, a huge thank you and five stars for helping us through the design process of our daughter’s kitchen. His knowledge, enthusiasm, patience and overall manner was quite exceptional and we felt very confident to place the order knowing that we were in very good hands, particularly as we will be installing the kitchen ourselves. All our queries were always answered clearly and Darren gave us advise and ideas that helped to shape the design.

  63 days since installation started, and our kitchen is still not complete. The showroom experience was very good, and our designer James was genuinely helpful throughout. Unfortunately, everything after that has been incredibly disappointing. Installer went MIA twice, poor communication from head office, no meaningful apology for the disruption caused, and we’re still being asked to pay for work that has only become necessary because of installation issues. This was our first home renovation, and what should have been an exciting experience has instead become stressful and exhausting. I sincerely hope no one else has to go through what we have.

  I have been asked to do a review on my experience with designing a new kitchen once our extension is build. I am giving 5 stars & an unseen one for Darren. He has the patience of a saint 😂 Working with me on my vision of not a boring kitchen, the island to take centre stage as a feature in its own right, as well as working around a BRG Aga. Many visits & colour thoughts to play with have been excellent so give him a wage rise please Wren !! Will post photos later in the year once it’s installed. Thankyou also for the biscuits, makes kitchen choosing more pleasurable of course.
