  I thoroughly recommend Garden Annexes to anyone looking for a “Granny Annexe”. Their product is of excellent quality and all of their people are great. They even changed the design for me at a very late stage, to enlarge the bathroom, as my wife’s mobility had deteriorated suddenly, and they did the redesign at no extra cost. We have now moved in and we love it. Warm and cosy, with everything we need to be comfortable in our later years. And we now live just a few yards away from our Daughter and Granddaughters!

  The garden Annex Company built us a beautiful annex in our garden, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. The craftsmanship was unbelievably good, the service was amazing, and communication throughout the entire process was outstanding. A truly professional team from start to finish — highly recommended.   We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Garden Annexes. Right from the start, everyone we dealt with was patient, considerate, and genuinely caring, which made such a difference with a decision of this size. For us, this wasn’t just a building project. It was about moving my mum from our 3-bed family home of almost 50 years into a 1-bed annexe in my sister’s garden. This was a huge step, and we really appreciated the time and understanding we were given. Lauryn, who guided us through the design stage, was amazing. She knew how big a change this was for us, gave us space to talk things through (and even change our minds a few times!), and never made us feel rushed. Her patience and empathy were outstanding. Once we agreed on the design, the build itself couldn’t have gone more smoothly. From digging the foundations to handing us the keys, it took just 4 weeks. Aiden, who looked after the construction, was fantastic. He kept us updated every step of the way, answered all our questions quickly and clearly, and made sure we always knew what was happening. Even the small snagging bits afterwards were handled promptly and without fuss. The team who worked on site were brilliant – not just skilled at what they do, but also polite, tidy, and genuinely nice people to have around. It really shows that Garden Annexes use their own staff rather than subcontractors, because the quality and attention to detail was excellent from start to finish. One of the best things was that they took care of absolutely everything. From the lawful development certificate to the design, the build, plumbing, electrics, and fitting out the kitchen and bathroom. We didn’t need to hire anyone else, which took so much of the stress away. Moving home can often be overwhelming, but thanks to Garden Annexes this part of the process wasn’t stressful at all. My mum has now been living in her annexe for over a month, and she is so happy there. It already feels like home. I would wholeheartedly recommend Garden Annexes to anyone thinking about an annexe. They really do combine professionalism with a personal touch. A huge thank you to Lauryn and Aiden, who made the whole experience such a positive one for us.

  The whole team at Garden Annexe are just phenomenal - from day one we were cared for, supported and they understand how stressful the whole process is when you are caring for a relative who is unwell and making significant life changing decisions. The quality of their service is unparallelled - from quick responses to minor queries, to guiding you through the whole process, the whole team are brilliant. The build process was efficient and quality and after care is so responsive. We are absolutely delighted with our annexe, and I would highly recommend the GA team - you wont find better.
