  Rude stuck up staff, my brother went in with a tracksuit on looking around as him and his girlfriend are looking at a new house which needs a brand new kitchen and he was approached by an extremely rude member of staff (tall and bald) following him asking what he was doing, not trying to help or assist or genuinely ask my brother if he needed help, he was just being rude, discriminating because hes young and had a tracksuit on and probably didn't look like their normal customer. Disgusting, vile behaviour. Don't go here if you dont look like the right 'class' of people they are assuming to have money. These staff need training on discrimination, assuming about people's wealth and class if people do not look a certain way is an IQ issue, as not all people with money dress to impress. Dream kitchens for every budget? Aparantly not for my brother who is 20 years old wearing a tracksuit. Clearly doesn't fit into Wrens kitchens tick box.

  ​WARNING: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY ​I spent well over £10,000 on a kitchen from this company, expecting premium quality and professional service. Instead, the entire experience has been a nightmare. Once sales staff secure their commission—driven by aggressive high-pressure sales tactics—customer service completely disappears and you are passed off to Head Office. ​Here are the main issues I have experienced: ​Incomplete & Incorrect Specification: The kitchen arrived without soft-close doors, despite them being included in the agreed specification. ​Costly Measurement Errors: Incorrect dimensions on their fitting diagrams forced me to leave an unsightly hole in my floor. While they initially agreed to cover the cost of rectifying this mistake, they are now ignoring my communications and refusing to reimburse me. ​ Incompatible & Faulty Fixtures: The tap provided is unsuitable for the worktop depth, leaving it constantly loose. The original unit broke within two months; the replacement they provided was identical, broke in the exact same way, and they are now refusing to fix it, claiming it is "out of warranty." ​Subpar Lighting: I paid for their most expensive under-cabinet LED strip lights, but the design is bulky, the adhesive fails continuously, and the lights keep falling down. ​Defective Materials: The protective film on the kitchen island is peeling off on its own. ​Do not be misled by the friendly, persuasive staff in the showroom. Once they have your money, you will be left on your own to deal with wrong parts, design errors, and broken promises. Look elsewhere.

  DO NOT USE ........... Issues with the finished kitchen ( i did not want an oven just a microwave) all images shown pre order were with an oven, when I challenged this twice before ordering was told its just for appearance. Kitchen build but gap has a hole with all the white carcass and back wall showing on dark grey kitchen. Looks Ridicules............... So I contacted the Rotherham Store where ordered from, and what a waste of time, along with the unfortunate and frustrating experience of dealing with one of the male staff. He was not interested, quite rude and no help what so ever. Needed a 1.5 hour call to customer complaints who agree this should have been communicated before signing off. looks now like it will need another £600 from me to sort this out. Poor all round - they are happy to get in, signed up - then your on your own. MY Advice is DO NOT USE THEM. You have been warned. Update 1 week..... on and the customer service has failed to call me back as promised. After 3 lengthy calls being on hold I can not get through. In addition I was told the Splash back does not match the work top and should not have been recommended, again wating for a call back................... i am just 5 mins from the store but no point what so ever going into the Rotherham sotre.
