- KKKenJun 11, 20261.0DO NOT USE ........... Issues with the finished kitchen ( i did not want an oven just a microwave) all images shown pre order were with an oven, when I challenged this twice before ordering was told its just for appearance. Kitchen build but gap has a hole with all the white carcass and back wall showing on dark grey kitchen. Looks Ridicules............... So I contacted the Rotherham Store where ordered from, and what a waste of time, along with the unfortunate and frustrating experience of dealing with one of the male staff. He was not interested, quite rude and no help what so ever. Needed a 1.5 hour call to customer complaints who agree this should have been communicated before signing off. looks now like it will need another £600 from me to sort this out. Poor all round - they are happy to get in, signed up - then your on your own. MY Advice is DO NOT USE THEM. You have been warned. Update 1 week..... on and the customer service has failed to call me back as promised. After 3 lengthy calls being on hold I can not get through. In addition I was told the Splash back does not match the work top and should not have been recommended, again wating for a call back................... i am just 5 mins from the store but no point what so ever going into the Rotherham sotre.
