  Brochure does not explain total cost. By the time you add on appliances, high installation costs and add on costs (costs associated with installation but not included in installation cost) price is much higher than expected. Great in-store advice and design.

  From start to finish we dealt with Nick, he was patient and understanding of what we were looking to achieve and came up with a design that was suitable and what we wanted. From the initial measuring appointment to design, to kitchen selection and options, planned installation, delivery and old kitchen removal, it was always great communication and our fitter Tim was also exceptional. From a position of intrepidation Nick kept it all together and our ideal kitchen was delivered and installed successfully. Jennifer the manager also supported us at different stages. Thanks again to everyone.

  We’ve recently designed three bedrooms with Wren Kitchens Paisley, and here’s how I would summarise our experience: 1) The staff are always available to help. They’re always around, so you can easily reach out if you need anything. They don’t force you to make an immediate decision. Instead, they give you the space and time to think, which for me is very important when I’m shopping. 2) The fact that the design session with their designers was free of charge encouraged us to give it a shot. The session was easy and quick to organise. The designer was patient throughout and dedicated more time to us than we expected the session to take. Also, since our session lasted almost three hours, the staff kindly took our car registration number and assured us that we wouldn’t be charged for the extended parking time, and that we could let them know if we were charged anyway. I appreciated how considerate they were. 3) Lastly, the interaction between the staff was also interesting to me. They worked well as a team and helped each other resolve issues, such as problems with the design software. They also had an efficient way of communicating with each other, which made the overall experience feel more professional. Overall, we had a positive experience and would recommend the Wren Kitchens Paisley team.
