We went into our Wren Kitchens design process with trust and optimism. Our designer initially seemed to understand exactly what we wanted, and after several rounds of changes, we believed we were all aligned. Unfortunately, during those revisions, he accidentally changed one of our appliances to a completely different model — something we never asked for. Because we trusted the designer and assumed everything was correct, we signed off without noticing the change. The mistake was genuine, and we were even willing to pay the difference to correct it. However, the way Wren handled the situation was extremely unprofessional. Instead of acknowledging the clear misunderstanding between designer and client, they repeatedly insisted that the signed document was final and dismissed any prior discussions or agreements. There was no willingness to review the context, no accountability, and no sense of customer care. Once payment was made, it genuinely felt like we no longer mattered. The level of client support and quality control dropped instantly, and we were treated as though the issue was entirely our fault, despite the designer knowing our requirements from the start. Because of this experience, I cannot recommend Wren Kitchens to anyone looking for a reliable kitchen contractor or supplier. Trust and professionalism are essential in a project of this scale, and sadly, Wren did not deliver either.

I visited Wren Kitchens in Paisley, first impressions were that their showroom looked very professional and so did their staff. I ordered a new kitchen and I asked for everything to be done, kitchen itself, lighting, wall tiled and flooring too, wasn't cheap! They said they'd send a prefit team (dry fit) and this is a team of contractors they selected for me for the purpose of assessing what pre-work, at an extra cost payable to their contractors to do any adjustment work, before the actual kitchen installation date The prefit team made suggestions to move plugs, add extra sockets, extend plumbing and add extra lights All of their prefit work with labour too came to just under £5000 This was an added extra on top of my agreed total kitchen price with Wren I accepted all of their recommendations and paid them, because I wanted my kitchen to be a success and look good, and I was happy to use Wren's own contractors instead of pricing and independent contractor The kitchen installation followed, in early 2023, and it looked good! But then, problems started late 2024 and into 2025 with my wooden flooring that I paid Wren to do, the wooden slats started to raise up right across the length of the floor. I contacted Wren in late July 2025, as there is a lengthy warranty on their fitted kitchens, I foolishly thought I'd get good customer service (naive) Wren at first asked me to contact the floor manufacturer (Woodpecker Flooring) . I did, and woodpecker flooring sent out a rep' who analysed the floor and concluded that the floor had not been levelled before the flooring was put down, which meant it was an installation problem and Not a floor quality problem This invalidated my 25 year warranty with Woodpecker floors. I updated Wren customer service and sent them the reports that Woodpecker floors had emailed me Wren agreed to help me with my floor, and I felt happier at this point However, it all went down hill steadily from there, Wren asked me to select a replacement floor for the same value as I paid them for my floor, I did this at their Paisley showroom, no free delivery as I had to pay £29 for delivery, because I needed a specific slot Wren got my delivery slot mixed up! Delivered the day before and left my new flooring outside my front door and I had to lift it in several hours later that day I asked for my £29 delivery fee back, told they might do this! To date, I never got this refunded Then Wren said they'd find a floor installer for me, and in 7 months from July 2025 to February 2026 they never managed to send out a single installer They said they tried, 2 people, one pulled out because of family bereavement and the other couldn't fit me in between several other jobs he had in my area and he pulled out Wren apologised, I stated CLEARLY in several emails exchanges that I STILL want someone to be sent out to do my floor, as by now my new flooring delivered in August 2025 was STILL sitting in my hallway at home. Now Late January 2026, Wren customer service teams attitude changed, they said that because it was my duty to level the floor before the floor went down, they ARE NOT sending out an installer I argued back that I am just a layman, and that initially they sent a prefit team to suggest ALL adjustments needed for my total kitchen order to be installed correctly, after all the charged me up to £5000, so I felt they should have assessed the floor with spirit levels etc, and if required added on floor levelling to that hefty bill, and I would definitely have paid this, as I said previously, I accepted all their suggestions But they didn't do this, they lazily went ahead and fitted my New Woodpecker Flooring that was part of my Wren fitted kitchen order onto an uneven floor I then suggested to Wren customer service that if they sent out an installer, then I WOULD PAY THE COST of the floor levelling, and they only had to pay the cost of the flooring to go down Wren rejected this and said that they're Not sending someone out and that I'd be placed on hold They offered £375 for me to do job
