  I’ve had an absolutely fantastic experience with Wren Kitchens at the Paisley branch and couldn’t recommend them highly enough. From my first visit to the showroom right through to the design process and service I’ve received so far, everything has been seamless, professional and genuinely enjoyable. A special mention has to go to Hayley Murray, who has been brilliant throughout the whole process. She was incredibly helpful and patient, taking the time to listen to exactly what I wanted while offering great advice and ideas to help bring the kitchen together. Nothing ever felt rushed or pressured, and she made what could have been quite an overwhelming process feel straightforward and exciting. The communication and attention to detail have been excellent, and I’ve felt completely confident and well looked after at every stage. I’m delighted with my experience so far and would definitely recommend Wren Kitchens Paisley and Hayley in particular, to anyone looking for a new kitchen!

  Absolutely incompetent business post contract signing. Our initial visit went ok, selected our product, all good. We had arranged other tradesmen to complete other jobs in our house once wren confirmed a fitting date. A few days before our cupboards were due to be fitted, their installer called to say he was double booked and asked us to move our dates. This was not possible to to work commitments and the other tradesmen dates. We were told, not am issue, I'll call you back. This dodnt happen. We then chased up wren after complaining and were give a new date. This meant we had to cancel 3 other tradesmen which if you are in the industry, is a big 👎. So, the new installer sent by wren came on a sat and it was clear he did not want to be here. Rushed the job, caused over 15 damages and also didnt complete the job. Said he had another job to go to and wasnt happy that they only get paid half of the fitment few that we paid for. We again had to complain to wren who came across as nonchalant throughout. We ended up having to go back into the showroom to complain. A 2nd fitter came out some weeks later, fixed the damages but again, failed to complete the job telling us we simply need to call customer service. This was again, another job on a sat and he also didnt want to be here. We also had to cancel our other tradesmen yet again which has resulted in financial costs to us. We've been in to wren 3 times now, many unanswered emails, calls that have went nowhere, 3 months in and still our cupboards haven't been completed. We have returned missed called to wren for the person to tell us he has no idea who we are and that we should call customer service again whom have been so uninterested from the beginning. Wren is an absolute shambles of a company. Nonchalant tonwards us, at times dismissive, failed promises. Just a total mess. I hate letting people down and because of wren, ive let 3 tradesmen down twice now. We are still waiting on this issue being resolved. I will be updating a full breakdown via every possible social media platform and they will be dealing with us in court.

  We had an excellent experience with Wren in Paisley. From the first time we visited, the staff couldn't have been more accommodating to help us with our kitchen design plans. And despite us visiting multiple times to tweak our design before finally ordering our new kitchen, they were all super patient and very helpful with problem solving. Special thanks to Amrit, who was amazing to deal with as our allocated kitchen designer, she did an amazing job! Gordon was also very knowledgeable and brilliant to deal with. We felt in good hands. As for the quality of our new kitchen, we're over the moon with our solid timber frame shaker kitchen. Excellent quality and no issues so far! Thanks again!
