  I use both online and in store. I have found the staff in store to be very helpful. Recent larger orders of radiators were an excellent price with the offer of free TVRs and Lockshield valves and inhibitor fluid. Made it exceptional value compared to oher options. Some items were delivery, some were collection which made ordering in one go difficult due to short window to get everything ready for job. Went to Ashford store and they peiced the order together so everything was delivered to site in one go and on time. Very pleased.

  An on-line order of brass picture hooks and picture wire, to be used with an old fashioned picture rail, collected from store as a 'next day click and collect'. Two very friendly guys serving made a good visiting experience and 5 stars for them; 3 stars however for the 'picture wire' that was listed on-line alongside the hooks, but turned out to be thick enough to hang a fridge from, let alone a simple picture. On-line shopping is of course a game changer, but hard sometimes to get a sense of scale from the pictures; so really; please don't put industrial grade wire next to delicate picture hooks and give the total misrepresentation that they go together - They don't! Ended up using clear fishing line which turned out to be near invisible and a much better choice. 10 out of 10 for the brass picture hooks at an outstanding 10 for £1.38, much better value than Amazon - just don't be suckered into buying the wire!
