We politely asked a middle-aged member of staff for assistance and were met with zero verbal communication or basic courtesy. She was dismissive throughout, aggressively flicked through a catalogue without acknowledging us properly, and then physically threw it across the counter towards myself and my mum. The attitude and behaviour were extremely unprofessional and made us feel unwelcome and disrespected as customers. We were left with no choice but to abandon our items at the desk and take our business elsewhere. For a customer-facing role, this level of service was shocking and not something we would expect from any reputable business.
