- BDBj DownJun 5, 20261.0AVOID AVOID AVOID : nearly half of the kitchen has been delivered with damage. Which they’re happy to replace, but are not happy to cover costs of repaying kitchen fitter to come back and refit new units. Customer service is basically non existent, no one wants to help you. It’ll take you 2-3 hours to get through to someone on customer service. Caused nothing but stress. Delivery staff don’t even have correct access equipment to transport goods into property. They’ll damage and scratch walls when they do deliver as an added extra. Loss of earnings to customers are not accounted for due to taking another day of work to deal with delivery of previously damaged parts. Awful experience. Feel like just giving the whole kitchen back and getting a refund as the whole process is shambolic. Wouldn’t use wren again. To anyone reading this maybe try Magnet, howdens or b and q as maybe the service you’ll recieve will be better. Disgusted, frustrated, stressed and even more out of pocket due to Wrens negligence.

Extremely high quality and most excellent customer service from a fantastic company!!! From the first visit in the showroom to the end product was 1st class! Second to none! Steve our designer was so professional, knowledgeable and helpful, nothing was too much trouble he was a pleasure helping us. Chris our fitter again was absolutely brilliant, the attention to detail was clearly visible showing his wealth of experience. Both Steve and Chris with their wealth of experience have made us very very happy customers! Thank you Wrens!!!
