  I am beyond happy with my new kitchen from Wren and it is entirely due to Shannon. Throughout the whole process, she was extremely knowledgeable, knew exactly what we wanted, and was genuinely considerate about our experience. She made what was expected to be a stressful process feel straightforward and exciting. If it wasn’t for Shannon, we never would have followed through with the idea of a new kitchen. I hope she is recognised for her value, as staff with her level of dedication and customer care are hard to come by nowadays. I hope she gets the appreciation and recognition she deserves because Shannon’s contribution was the sole reason our experience was such a positive one. Couldn’t have asked for better service. Thanks Shannon!

  I had a very disappointing experience with Wren Kitchens Perth. I felt under significant pressure throughout the design process, with constant attempts to increase the specification and overall cost rather than focus on what I actually wanted. It gave me the impression that certain designers are more interested in maximising the sale than providing honest advice, so I would recommend customers carefully review every item and price before agreeing to anything. The atmosphere in the showroom also left a poor impression. I felt that customers who take time to consider such a major purchase are viewed negatively, and I was left with the impression that management sees anyone who doesn’t commit quickly as wasting the designer’s time. Overall, I did not feel respected or valued as a customer. Buying a kitchen should be an exciting and enjoyable experience, especially given the level of investment involved. Instead, I came away feeling that the priority was making as much money as possible rather than helping customers create the kitchen they actually want. Based on my experience, I would encourage anyone looking to enjoy the process of planning such an important project to consider looking elsewhere.

  Visited recently while looking for ideas for our renovation and overall had a really good experience. The showroom itself was well set up with a good variety of styles, so it was easy to get a feel for what might work in our own space. The staff were friendly and approachable and didn’t make us feel rushed or pressured at all. One of the designers spent quite a bit of time going through different layout options with us and pointed out ides we hadn’t even thought about. We were impressed with the quality they had on display, especially compared to a few other places we’d been to previously. It was also useful seeing the colours and materials in person because some looked quite different from the photos online. Definitely worth visiting if you’re planning a new kitchen or just looking for inspiration. I'm sure will be back soon!

  I recently visited the Wren Kitchens showroom in Perth and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we walked in, the showroom itself was absolutely stunning beautifully laid out with a huge range of modern and traditional kitchen displays that gave us loads of inspiration for our own project. The quality, attention to detail, and immersive design areas really set it apart from other kitchen showrooms we visited. What truly made the experience exceptional though was Zee (Zeeshan Rashid) and his amazing team. Zee was professional, welcoming, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient throughout the entire process. Nothing ever felt rushed, and he took the time to really understand what we were looking for while offering expert advice and creative ideas that made a huge difference. His passion for customer service genuinely shines through, and it’s clear he takes great pride in running the showroom to such a high standard. The whole team were friendly, approachable, and made us feel comfortable from start to finish. Every member of staff was attentive and happy to help, creating a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. It’s rare these days to find a team so dedicated to making customers feel valued. If you’re considering a new kitchen or bedroom design in Perth, I would highly recommend visiting Wren Kitchens. Huge thanks again to Zee and the team for such a brilliant experience outstanding service all round!
