- CAColin AtkinsonMay 6, 20261.0We ordered a kitchen from Magnet Oxford. Initially everything was fine, however, once the kitchen was delivered the customer care came to an abrupt halt. No one would answer the phone, even after repeated attempts and they wouldn’t even answer their own online message service. Then we discover they had delivered three wrong units. We gave up trying to organise the worktops appointment. In the end we had to go direct to Magnet’s head office. I would think very carefully before ordering a kitchen from Magnet. Our experience could not have worse.

The quality of the kitchens was acceptable, however the customer service was dreadful when a couple of issues needing resolving. I have sent numerous emails and left messages - all with no response. I have no issues with minor problems occurring- what is totally unacceptable is the complete unwillingness to discuss/ address them.

He has a very easy manner, offers real clarity in helping design my kitchen and flagged up practical, cost and the design aesthetic aspects that I wasn't able to think of by myself.
