They are always ready and willing to help, no matter how many times you change your mind or how many questions you ask! They are professional, courteous, patient and genuinely nice people. If something isn't in stock, I've never had to wait longer than a couple of days! Would recommend 1000 times and I won't go anywhere else for the items I can get from here.

The amount of mistakes that were made is still being rectified now. The saving grace was Phil who helped me sort out my kitchen and doors with the most patience and empathic way without once being anything more than supportive. We had to change various elements more than once and every time he would just sort a replacement and I’d either pick it up straight away or they’d organise delivery. Howdens are very lucky to have you and I cannot recommend Howdens enough for having the BEST customer service!!
