- MBMark BakerJan 15, 20261.0customer services at this branch has fallen off the cliff, held an account for a few years, spent 50k+ Visited before xmas to purchase c3k of oak internal doors, give my company name only to be told my account had been closed, although I still receive marketing material, asked why - could be you didnt pay a invoice, its a cash account, so can you quote for doors, no or we can do is give you a brochure! After leaving called and asked to speak to manager, - he's off until the new year, ok can you leave a message for him to call, never called. When to benchmark and ordered 4.5k of doors and have just now placed an order for 20k kitchen, will not be using Howdens agian, this branch needs someone in charge who understands cusomer services, Benchmark far better
