  Our experience with Wren has been extremely disappointing and stressful. Our bedroom installation started in **January**, and several months later it is still not complete. What should have been a straightforward process has turned into a prolonged and frustrating situation with no clear resolution. Despite the bedrooms not being completed, we are already paying for the furniture through finance, even though the order has not been fully delivered or installed. This makes the situation even more unacceptable. We have experienced: * Ongoing delays with no confirmed completion date * Missing parts and long periods of inactivity even after delivery * Very poor communication and lack of updates * Unprofessional behaviour from the installer * No response from senior management despite repeated requests to escalate our complaint We are particularly concerned about the complete lack of accountability. We have repeatedly chased for updates and asked for escalation, yet no manager has contacted us to take ownership of the issue. Being told for weeks that you are still looking for diffrent an installer is simply not acceptable, especially given how long this has already been ongoing. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, services should be carried out within a reasonable timeframe. In our case, this clearly has not happened. We have now lost confidence in Wren’s ability to complete this project without further delays and are considering taking further action if this is not resolved urgently. We strongly advise all customers not to use this company based on our experience. We will continue to update and post further reviews with any outcomes, if and when this situation is resolved.

  Staff are amazing but their kitchens are awful. Customer service not great in terms of compensating loss of trades men. I would give yourself time to check every packed item carefully and finding space because to check it all due to it being apparently your fault if you order a £8000 infinity kitchen and it’s faulty due to a poor paint job. Kitchen fitter fitted it but explained he can’t wait weeks for replacement parts so I have to pay again to get the replacement parts swapped which there was a lot. The kitchen fitted looks great from afar but far from good. Overall really upset with the overall experience. If this could help even 1 person to take their business somewhere else then this review was worth doing.
