- AAarya abaeeMay 13, 20261.0This is the worst branch I've ever dealt with - I've been renovating my house and here are the issue I've had to deal with: - My Items arrived and the workers were unwilling to check their stock and told me that it hadn't arrived - after pressing them, they finally checked and bought down my items, I've never seen anything like it - They consistently order the wrong items - this has happened multiple times and when I've had to go get a refund, DESPITE HAVNING MADE THE MISTAKE, they keep trying to not refund the full amount FOR THEIR OWN MISTAKE, one time they offered to refund 75% of the full amount - When a refund is finally processed after some serious back and forth, the refund takes a genuine while to return to the bank account - The staff is generally rude and seems seriously incompetent, they're either not training their staff or the staff are just not able to retain their training I would avoid this place like the plague and I have also called their head office to complain ***Their response couldn't even be bothered to write an actual name, it literally says [Your Name] - I think that speaks for itself**
