- M1Makuri 17Aug 6, 20261.0If you're investing thousands of pounds in a new kitchen, you deserve a company that delivers what it promises. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend Magnet Oxford. Our project was plagued by constant mistakes and poor communication from start to finish. Nearly half of our order was either missing or incorrect on the initial delivery, leaving us without a usable kitchen, fridge or sink for 7 weeks during the hottest part of the summer. We were repeatedly promised but those promises meant nothing. The showroom seemed to be in constant chaos, with staff leaving, new staff taking over, and nobody having a clear understanding of our project. After payment, it became extremely difficult to get hold of anyone or receive reliable updates—exactly as many other reviewers have described.

Promised to start 18th May as it was delivered on 15th but then sat in our house for 3 weeks or more Still waiting for bits as they wrong ones bit missing Now it is 30th July and still waiting! Washing machine packed up now and Magnet and Bosch are deciding who replaces it. Saying that the kitchen is lovely and good quality. Just the service I wouldn't recommend
- CAColin AtkinsonMay 6, 20261.0We ordered a kitchen from Magnet Oxford. Initially everything was fine, however, once the kitchen was delivered the customer care came to an abrupt halt. No one would answer the phone, even after repeated attempts and they wouldn’t even answer their own online message service. Then we discover they had delivered three wrong units. We gave up trying to organise the worktops appointment. In the end we had to go direct to Magnet’s head office. I would think very carefully before ordering a kitchen from Magnet. Our experience could not have worse.
