  Overall great experience with Wren. Thank you to David Rafferty and Wren Banbury for your help, always being very responsive and giving suggestions. Wren App was easy to use and useful. Delivery teams were great. Unfortunately, we received wrong parts (we ordered rounded corners and were receiving squared ones). Reordered again, and had squared posts again. This was finally and swiftly rectified, ensuring a QC was done before dispatch and shortening the delivery wait. A little inconvenient but staff responded well. So far very happy with the kitchen and quality as well.

  Popped into the Banbury Wren Kitchens showroom this afternoon, not expecting them to be able to help, but what great service! They found a way to get the item I needed and arranged super quick delivery. I spoke to Matt and about four other chaps, all of whom were really friendly and helpful. They didn’t have to go out of their way to help me, but they all did. Fantastic customer service and I would highly recommend them.

  Wren kitchens Banbury, James Gill We recently visited Wren Kitchens and had a design appointment with James, and the experience was fantastic. James spent around two hours with us carefully designing our kitchen and walking us through all the options. He was incredibly friendly, patient, and really took the time to understand our situation and what we were looking for. He explained everything clearly and helped us visualise how the kitchen could look in our new home. We never felt rushed and he made the whole process very easy and enjoyable. Although we’ve decided to wait about six months before proceeding, purely because we want to save a bit more and make sure we can build the exact dream kitchen we want, the service we received from James was excellent. When we are ready to move forward, we will definitely be coming back to Wren and working with James again. Highly recommend speaking to him if you're planning a kitchen!

  We had a full kitchen installed from Wren in January 2021 including a range of new appliances. Professional design - I loved being able to see this in 3D in the showroom and at home later. The delivery was on time. The fitting was carried out over a week: the staff were professional, friendly and very tidy. We are very pleased with the end result.

  A word of warning - DO NOT be fooled by the glossy showroom and nice sales reps. Our experience of Wren Kitchens has left us with a £10,000+ kitchen that doesn't fit and apparently we are to blame for failing to check the small print even though Wren supplied someone to come out and measure our kitchen they failed to get the correct measurements resulting in it not fitting. Before we signed the contract we had Wren fitters visit and carry out a site survey and guess what they didnt realise the kitchen wasn't going to fit either.. but it is still our fault! We decided not to use Wren fitters as their charges were much more than using local trades. AVOID AVOID AVOID.. if you value your money and want a decent kitchen go elsewhere.
