  Slightly disappointed to be quite honest the splashback that was on display in the Abingdon store which I wanted was not available anymore and I have been asking for the past month or so to see a sample of the splashback they have put in my design because they don’t have it in the Store and as yet I still haven’t seen what it looks like

  Please heed this warning and use another company. Our kitchen was incorrectly designed which started a catalogue of problems. Our kitchen took 5 + weeks to install and 3 of those weeks we had no kitchen at all. We sent a complaint to the correct channels and we've chased and chased with no response at all. So were stuck with a half finished kitchen and with Wren now having our money don't care. I work in customer services and I'm shocked a company this size can do this. USE ANYONE BUT WREN. 1 month on...no compensation pack.

  Our kitchen was mis-designed by Wren Abingdon which resulted in not having a kitchen for 3 weeks and the total install taking 5 weeks. Even then the work carried out (which Wren very quickly distanced themselves from) was sub - par. We were asked to sign off the completed job with plugs hanging off the wall, bags of rubbish left behind and dirt and dust everywhere. Our fitters were Red Dragon Home Improvements (suggested by Wren Abingdon). Please read this review as true and use another company. We're now a month waiting for a compensation pack to arrive. We've emailed and sat on hold for hours with no joy.

  Avoid this company at all costs. It is a greedy selfish company who does not care about its customers. They make you pay the full amount up front and then blame the fitter or contractor when things do not work out. I am left with a rubbish tip outside my front door, cannot place cerials upright as the shelves sit too low and gaps between the pre assembled units plus 4 days without a tv or sofa to sit on and one day with no water cubboards or cooking facilities. Still waiting for a completion date as the splash back was not ordered in full. Order number 45058529.

  Dealing with Wren is fine. The kitchen is excellent. However. The kitchen price does NOT include the installation cost OR the removal of any fridge/freezer. So you need to factor in an additional £3000 on top of a typical kitchen unit/appliance costs.
