We used our own installers who were already working on our house extension and they did a great job, but special thanks must go to Hilary who produced a wonderful design and was so patient with us during the multiple changes we had to make to it. It was mainly down to her that we got such a lovely end result.

Hilary from the Harrogate store was fantastic, I went to look in the showroom, she was helpful without being pushy and she offered to come out the same day to measure. Hilary listened to exactly what I wanted and was very helpful and quick to respond throughout the design and order process.

- GHGEOFFREY HAZELLJul 25, 20264.0Choice of cabinets and tops and white goods fine. Facilitator patient, charming and helpful. The problems arose with the fitting. All attempts at a satisfactory resolution have made nil progress. We feel we were cheated over the exorbitant cost of preparatory work and then had to pay our tradesmen to complete the work to a satisfactory standard. While we remain content with the figments themselves our ultimate feelings are that we could not recommend Wren. We will shortly be passing on our experiences to “Which”.

Is a Wren kitchen design service free?
Yes, we offer a free, no obligation design package worth up to �200. One of our surveyors will visit your home and take detailed measurements of your space which will be uploaded to our system. You will then meet your very own designer who will produce a 3D plan of your room based on your ideas. Speak to an advisor for more information.
How long does it take to get a Wren kitchen?
Once you have discovered your dream Wren Kitchen and placed your order, we will aim to deliver your kitchen within four weeks.
Who can I contact if I have an issue with my order?
In the unlikely event, there are damaged or missing items within your order, we currently have a lead time of up to 10 days for replacement items. Please report any of these issues through your Wren account which can be found on �My Account� page on the website or the Wren app. Please visit our website for further details.
What should I do if my appliance is faulty?
The warranty for your appliance is held directly with the manufacturer. If there is a fault with your appliance, please contact the manufacturer directly.
What type of payment methods do Wren accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa Credit, Visa Debit and Mastercard. You can also pay by cash, cheque, or BACs, if you prefer.
