  Really pleased with our new Wren wardrobes. We got a few quotes and Wren was by far the best price and the best experience. Hilary was amazing and very patient. Always there to help throughout the process and answer any questions. It was quite an awkward space but Hilary gave helpful advice and provided the best solution to make the most out of the space. Thank you so much Hilary!

  Choice of cabinets and tops and white goods fine. Facilitator patient, charming and helpful. The problems arose with the fitting. All attempts at a satisfactory resolution have made nil progress. We feel we were cheated over the exorbitant cost of preparatory work and then had to pay our tradesmen to complete the work to a satisfactory standard. While we remain content with the figments themselves our ultimate feelings are that we could not recommend Wren. We will shortly be passing on our experiences to “Which”.

  Had a fantastic service from Hilary in the Harrogate branch. She came really well prepared and helped me not only select the wardrobes that I really wanted but also measured up and gave me clear instructions for my joiner on what needed to be done to achieve the flush look on installation day. She went over and above and was extremely knowledgeable I and professional. Thanks Hilary.

  This is our second Wren kitchen in 7 years, 2 different houses and cities. In both cases we have been very satisfied with the service, the choices, the price and the quality of the end result. In both cases we had our own builders fit the kitchen. The builders told us that the quality was outstanding and this made it easy for them to fit and adjust the kitchen into an older house with imperfect walls and floor. Genuinely highly recommended. A special shout out to Graham Frost in the Harrogate branch, and Robin Farma in the Hayes branch.

  Shockingly bad service. Please don’t buy anything from Wren. We ordered more kitchen unit and received them on 2 July 2026 but 3 of the drawer covers for the 800mm base unit are missing. There is a sticker on the package (which we discovered after opening) saying they were not "available during the production of this cabinet." Other than this, we received no other notice that the unit would be sent incomplete. Email the sales Ranita then she said she will contact customer service and come back in 48 hours. 48 hours later heard nothing, call them back then find out there’s nothing been followed and a senior manager said it could be arrived on 17th July. Poor service. We only purchased just because we bought a house that’s already fitted the wren kitchen. Other than that we would never choose Wren. Here to share our experience to all to avoid Wren Kitchen.
