  Phoned the number for the south wales area for advice on prep work needed before tiling onto their easyflow screed, i was told they dont supply screed even though it was hanson easyflow screed that was put down, the woman told me to contact my building supervisor, i told her i was working in a private property not on a building site and she then said "well we dont give out advice incase its wrong". I have never came across a company that wont give out advice on their own products incase its wrong.
