- CLChris LeechJul 20, 20264.0Priory Electrical installed my Sigenergy solar PV system, battery storage, gateway and EV charger, and overall I'm very happy with the quality of the installation. The workmanship is excellent, everything has been installed neatly, and the system has worked flawlessly since day one without any issues. My only criticism is the communication before the installation. There was some confusion over the location of the underground duct, which resulted in it being dug in the wrong place. Unfortunately, this meant a longer than necessary cable run along the side of the house, which isn't as tidy as it could have been. I also tried to speak with Kevin on two occasions to discuss the duct location before the installation, but unfortunately never received a call back. Despite that, the installation team did a great job, the finished system performs exactly as expected, and the overall standard of workmanship is excellent. If communication before the install was improved, this would easily have been a 5-star experience. I'd still happily recommend Priory Electrical to anyone looking for a quality solar installation.
