- MEMorine EApr 9, 20261.0I bought a 4 drawer filing cabinet in March 2026 from The Workplace depot and many attempts were made to assemble the filing cabinet and several draws would not close. Approximately 16 emails were sent including photos and videos showing faults. They kept on saying that the assembling is the problem. They refuse to accept return and refund. I had to dismantle the faulty cabinet. They are the worst company I have purchased from and they are dishonest by taking money for faulty goods and not giving money back. I will escalate to consumers rights. They should not function as a business with this diabolical conduct.

I see this company and this step ladder as a cornerstone of human achievement - 5 stars.

I contacted the company for support and even sent a video clearly demonstrating the noise. Despite this, I was told that no manufacturing fault could be identified and that the noise was “normal for this type of ladder.” No solution or alternative was offered. Overall, the product quality was disappointing and the lack of support made the experience worse. I would not recommend this company or their products based on my experience
