Very disappointing experience with Magnet Kitchens.
My kitchen was not delivered on the agreed date due to repeated logistical problems and poor customer service. The delivery team did not contact me to arrange delivery. They arrived at the property and then simply left without completing the delivery.
As a result, I suffered financial losses because I had tradespeople waiting on site with no kitchen to install. In the end, I had to pay a private driver to collect the kitchen from the depot and deliver it myself. This should never have been necessary.
If you’re considering buying from Magnet Kitchens, make sure your contract includes compensation for delayed delivery. Based on my experience, it could save you a lot of money and frustration.
Very disappointing service and not the level of professionalism I expected.

We have an excellent Magnet kitchen fitted a few years back. Called in for a replacement slim waste bin which was replaced free. Very kind of manager Lee to do this...he went the extra mile! If you are looking for a new kitchen then give Magnet the opportunity, I'm sure you'll be pleased
