We have an excellent Magnet kitchen fitted a few years back. Called in for a replacement slim waste bin which was replaced free. Very kind of manager Lee to do this...he went the extra mile! If you are looking for a new kitchen then give Magnet the opportunity, I'm sure you'll be pleased

I recently visited Magnet Kitchens to discuss a new kitchen, and unfortunately my experience was disappointing.
The staff came across as rude and unhelpful, which made the whole visit uncomfortable from the start. I was hoping for professional advice and good customer service, but instead I felt like my concerns and questions were not taken seriously.
I was also not impressed with the overall quality of the kitchens compared to the price I was quoted. In my opinion, the products did not seem to offer good value for money, especially at the price point being asked.
Sadly, this experience did not meet my expectations.

We had an excellent experience with Magnet Kitchens on Chettles Trade Park in Nottingham. From our first contact in February 2025, to the end of the installation in March 2026, we felt fully supported throughout the entire process. Replacing your kitchen can be a stressful experience, but Michelle, Mimi and Lee were always on hand to deal with our queries and worries. We are delighted with our finished kitchen!
