- LLLiem LiamDec 17, 20235.0Just managed to bag a property here. Phase 1 development. March 2024 move. It is in the middle of nowhere being a new development surrounded by fields and trees. Move due to work commitments but hey ho. Generous sizing of property compared to my city of Birmingham, en-suite with 2 dedicated showers, not in the bath tub, 2 parking spaces, AEG cooker, oven, hob, Zanussi washer dryer, fridge freezer, dishwasher, wardrobe all included in the price. I ❤️ it. Large urban green space next door, ponds, walking and cycling perfect. Pleasant fresh air environment. Great development.

Beautiful built, very well designed house with a lovely garden, in a good location, very close to M1 and M6. Master bedroom has an ensuite.
