  Well, where do I start. AVOID WREN AT ALL COSTS. I ordered a wardrobe and Utility kitchen in January and felt rushed through the process. After chasing the salesman several times for quotes for the main kitchen and pantry, I decided to cancel the orders. Imagine it is so bad that I as a customer have to chase a salesman to give them my money! I also spoke to the Manager who promised the salesman would call me, but he did not. I called the main support number to cancel my order which she did, but she advised me to call the Northampton showroom three days later if they hadn't called me. I did just that, as of course they couldnt be bothered to call me, and I was informed the refund was being processed. Several weeks later, I have not received my deposit back and I am still getting emails about finalising my order. I am currently on hold (already 30 minutes) trying to get this resolved. Absolutely shocking from start to finish.

  We went to the Wren in Northampton. They marketed it to us really well. The whole VR and set up was very impressive . They made us believe that they had chosen the best installer for us too. But it’s almost three years later and the missing parts to our kitchen, that we paid a lot of money for, are no where to be seen. And the great installer they said they book for us? Well things were coming loose only a few months in. Unfortunately, once Wren and their contracted installers had their money they did care about the customer anymore.

  I want to be fair with my rating, but the fitters left such a sour taste in our mouth, it’s difficult. I would strongly advise not to use wrens fitters. They just freelance the work out to whoever is available and the fitter we had was appalling. I contacted wren and they just went back and forth with the fitter’s, but what they didn’t do was apologise or even discount the vast sum we paid for the fitting considering it wasn’t what we thought we were paying for. The fitter went sick 2 days in, then came back for a day then told us he’s not back again for another week, which then turned into 2 weeks, then he came back for an hour and rushed off to another job, we then had to wait another week for them to finally finish, a weeks job took over 4 weeks. They stained our new flooring grout with red wine they smashed, we found tea stains hidden under the kick boards that they didn’t clean up and didn’t wire in the kick board lighting either. In the end I did this myself because we didn’t want the fitter back in our home. As for the kitchen, lots arrived damaged or were damaged by the fitter and needed replacing, another reason for him to come back. The kitchen itself is lovely, the quartz is nice and was fitted quickly and seems good. The quality of the kitchen overall is good but the fitting services they use are atrocious. I was concerned about using their fitters but went against my better judgement as the salesman’s advised there wouldn’t be issues and it would be a high quality finish I would receive from them, which it wasn’t, it was average at best and completely lacking attention to detail and quality of finishing.
