  Visited on 8/08/2026 for 2pm appointment. Waited 40mins to speak to salesman,but left after no one came to see us. 10mins later recieved text telling us appointment cancelled. Don't think we'll be going back.

  Our wardrobe designer was simply amazing. Joe was so patient with us and made sure we are happy with our wardrobe. We assembled them ourselves and it was really not that difficult.

  I had an exceptional experience with Susan at Wren in Uddingston and cannot thank her enough for turning my ten-year dream into reality. Throughout the process, I frequently changed my mind about how I wanted my ideal kitchen to look, yet Susan always remained patient and consistently kept me updated whenever changes affected costs. I always received timely emails or calls whenever I requested them. Even at the final stage, after signing the agreement, I made another change, which Susan accommodated without hesitation. I also chose to use my own fitter, and Susan made sure this was no problem, even after everything was finalised. I absolutely love my kitchen, and my family, friends, and neighbours are equally impressed. The result has truly exceeded my expectations. I hope Wren recognises Susan’s dedication and efforts, as I greatly appreciated her help in designing my kitchen, especially given how many times I changed my mind. I’d also like to mention how accommodating Wren was when I needed to change the delivery date due to a family bereavement. The process was seamless, my kitchen arrived precisely on the revised date and time, with every item accounted for. As my fitter began the installation, a few issues emerged, such as a missing glass panel from one of the drawers and a damaged end panel. However, Wren’s customer service promptly addressed these concerns, sending replacements without delay. Based on my experience, I genuinely cannot fault Wren, everything went smoothly from start to finish. Even when I encountered a problem with my quartz counter, Susan handled it swiftly and professionally, ensuring it was resolved in no time. My kitchen, which was previously separate from the dining area, has now been transformed into one spacious and beautiful room. On a practical note, I did save some money by using my own fitter, which is the only minor drawback I can mention. Overall, I am a completely satisfied customer who has received excellent service throughout. Thanks! Enjoy some before and after photos, still have some finishing touches to do though, also wanted to show photos with a lived in kitchen and not a showroom kitchen. :-)
