    Well where do I start! Went to Wren after a friend had used them for their fitted bedroom and said how good they’d been. In the past I have used Sharps which are known to be more money but now I see why. Had someone come out to do measurements, went to the appointment on the 8th March with the designer and we finally come to a decision on what we liked so we chose the colour of the units inside & out and chose the floor. We explained because the electrician & plasterer were still due to come and then we were going on holiday we’d like it delivered any day on the second week in May and then have it fitted on the 1st of June when we got back. We were told this was fine because of the notice given. They tried everything to get us to have finance but we’d saved to pay it outright so paid by bank transfer. Move forward to May, we get an email saying delivery will be when we where away so after several phone calls and being told just get someone over the age of 18 to be there it will be fine they finally agreed to change the date to the week we originally asked for. Then come a call saying they didn’t have a fitter as the one we were supposed to have had gone off sick and they couldn’t say when it would be filled. Eventually they called to say they’d got a fitter from out of the area to come and do it and it would be a one day job so I asked several times are you sure it’s only one day? Yes, it’s a small job it will be one day. Move forward to the day of delivery, 3 men turned up and delivered everything, all 3 was very nice & polite couldn’t fault them and they were happy because I said to leave everything downstairs in the dining room instead of upstairs in the bedroom. Two days before the fit, we moved everything upstairs ready and noticed one unit was damaged and the mirror was missing, the damaged was small and I thought you wouldn’t see it once it was built but reported it anyway and we were told we’d never asked for a mirror which is why we’ve not got one! The fitter then phoned and explained the plan of action and said it was a two day job. Amazing now we have to mess about trying to arrange one of us having time off work. Day of the fit, the guy turned up and got straight to work, then someone else turn up to do a check and I explained about the mirror and the damage and everything else that had happened, he apologised and took notes to report back. The second day the guy turns up and finish’s the job but explained he was going to order a new part to replace the damaged bit because you could see it and one hanging rail was missing and he would come back and finish once we’d got them delivered. One week later we get a call asking if we’re happy with the finished job so we explained it wasn’t finished and why. Then minutes after the call we get an email stating job complete! So we now have a damaged part, missing hanging rail and mirror (That we never asked for) so this is far from finished. Spent just over £5k which for them is probably a small job but I SO wish I had stuck with Sharps and would have been happy spending and extra £1 or £2k but at least I would have not had these issues and a REAL completed job. Don’t waste your time or money, it’s true you get what you pay for. Only nice people throw this whole order were the delivery men & the fitter so to them four Thank you.

    Product is excellent however customer service and the idiots who pick parts at the warehouse leave a lot to be desired, 2 months to get 3 parts to complete a bedroom fitment is ridiculous. Steer clear of this company!! The 3 stars is purely for the product!

    I regret choosing Wren Kitchen. my kitchen was poorly done, and The customer service was just as bad as the kitchen quality. Every time I called for help, I was either left on hold for ages or completely ignored. Very disappointing experience from start to finish. They never dealt with my concerns properly and constantly ignored my calls. Save yourself the stress and avoid this company.

    Had such a lovely experience here! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming and genuinely buzzing. The landlord clearly leads the team incredibly well — you can tell there’s a real sense of pride, teamwork and care throughout the whole pub. The staff were friendly, attentive and made everyone feel at home. The food was absolutely fantastic — fresh, generous portions and beautifully cooked. The pub itself was spotless too, which always makes such a difference. It’s one of those places that just gets everything right: great food, brilliant service and an atmosphere that makes you want to stay all evening. My only complaint is that I wish it was closer to where I live because I’d be there all the time! Highly recommend.

    Returned to Wren after poor customer service with IKEA. Had an excellent experience in store with the design team. However, outside of a computer screen, Wren is no different to IKEA. Would have been better off with Magnet/Wickes/Howdens. Issue: Taking delivery of the bedroom cupboards, the delivery van knocked over our front fence. This despite a conversation two weeks ahead of delivery explaining they would need to park on the main road 20metres away, and explaining the same on the day to the team making delivery. A number of boxes scrap up, exposing the contents to damage. At least one scratch on the delivered goods. Unacceptable. Pregnant wife who took delivery called Wren immediately, who explained that without Ring doorbell footage, nothing could be done. Called back as soon as I got home from work, waiting for a manager to call back. We went away from IKEA due to poor customer service and delivery problems. Clearly Wren are no different.
