- KKKatie3 days ago1.0Good experience in store however the surveyor measured our kitchen completely wrong despite it being a simple rectangle shape. As a result of Wrens incompetence our kitchen didn’t fit and we are left without the kitchen we designed. Wren Sprowston say you must deal with the head office directly who are utterly useless and offer about £1 of compensation despite spending a huge sum of money (over £15k). We previously used DIY kitchens and would highly recommend them over using Wren. All great in store but delivery and customer service post your payment couldn’t be worse. Do not use would be my advice.

- MSMark StearmanAug 3, 20265.0We dealt with James who was friendly and informative. He guided us through the process without pushing us into any decisions. All in all it was a very pleasant experience.
- MDMelony DarnellJul 2, 20265.0Dean in the Norwich store was very helpful and knowledgeable when we were ordering a kitchen for my aunt. He promptly answered any queries we had and made changes to the kitchen when needed.
