Very disappointing experience with Magnet Kitchens in Norwich.
We booked an appointment in advance and completed all the required details online. However, when we arrived, we were told they wouldn’t deal with us because the property is outside their area. This was never made clear at any stage during the booking process.
As a national company, I expected a much higher level of service and clearer communication. Instead, we ended up making a 1-hour round trip completely unnecessarily, wasting both time and money.
This could have easily been avoided with better upfront information.

A really smooth experience in booking a home visit with Oscar. Vitor came round today for an initial consultation and measurement and found everything wonderful so far.
A typical consultation lasts about 1-2 hours, giving you plenty of time to discuss your vision, browse styles, and create a 3D design and quote tailored to your needs.
