Spent a fortune on fitted wardrobes for the designer to miss sockets off the design so now they're unusable, Delivery men and installer damaged newly plastered & painted walls! Customer service is absolutely shocking, take your money and run job. Friends are in a worse situation with a botched kitchen install. 0 help from the company after they've received payment.
- DBDarren BloomfieldMar 30, 20261.0Shocking customer service, we ordered fitted wardrobes for our bedroom these where made to mesure, Wren sent somebody out to mesure up for our bedroom wardrobes and bedroom furniture once this arrived damaged with items missing and non of the mesurements are correct so we are now left with fitted wardrobes that dont fit and we have had to pay for fitting still...Wren dont want to know or help in any way i would seriously avoid using these as they are okay to take your money but dont want to know if something is wrong i feel very let down and ripped off.

How long does it take to get a Wren kitchen?
Once you have discovered your dream Wren Kitchen and placed your order, we will aim to deliver your kitchen within four weeks.
