Painful experience with the designer at Milton Keynes, he didn't remember changes, he didn't advise us of options and now we have the quartz worktop installed, realise he didn't actually inform us as to how badly it marks. We wouldn't have brought it had we known. Wren didn't care when we raised it with them. Red Services left us in the lurch by not ripping the kitchen out so we had to do it ourselves. The worktops weren't cleaned properly so had to get them back to clean all the sticker marks off and the attitude of the guy that came was just awful. Very glad the experience is over.
