- MHMatt HogbenMay 6, 20261.0Not so much the staff, more the quality of product and their refusal to honour the supposed warranty. We had a kitchen in the Hockley range fitted 4 years ago and within a couple of years, some of the doors had blown. We reported at the time and provided images for a warranty claim. At the time they continued asking for more and wasn’t really getting anywhere. Taking up so much time and the fact it wasn’t the whole kitchen I moved on. Fast forward another year or so and nearly every door in the kitchen has blown. They have been provided more images and refuse to honour the warranty or give a valid reason as to why, stating it must be an environmental issue. It’s a kitchen, and we don’t jet wash the doors down. Absolute nonsense and I’ll never buy from them again. We have spent tens of thousands with them over the last 20 years. Never again.
