  Overall a pretty poor experience. Design notes not shared with us, and retconned in after contracts signed with notes saying we were aware and agreed. Design elements promised and not delivered. Lack of responses to simple questions or follow ups. It seems that they are only there to get your sales on the books and move on. Very regrettable, and as it turns out wildly expensive even at the whatever DFS style sale price you get given the quality. You'd be better going to Ikea and hiring a handyperson to fit it all up, and you'd save thousands.

  Perfect from start to finish. Our designer was really helpful and patient with us, he didn't try to push us with alternatives that were out of our budget and he worked closely to help us design our kitchen. He took the time to listen to what we wanted. Any issues we had with delivery were quickly resolved with a call to customer services who sorted our issue with flooring really quickly. We Love the flexible finance option aswell making it affordable for us.

  Good at showroom level. Absolutely shocking service and quality after. Damages after damages. They’ll replace it with more poorly produced goods. At Please go anywhere else.

  We expressed our concerns about budget issues when we arrived for our planning consultation . Understanding that wren maybe out of our price range . When we discussed what we wanted .. Morgan the designer was helpful in finding something to accommodate our price range . Looking forward to getting my kitchen done..
