- KPKevin PrattJun 9, 20263.0Sale Branch Manchester The positive points are the magnet kitchen, The lovely finished look to the kitchen and the sales service from Chloe. However when you want the Magnet Sale branch to fix a problem, the after service, it short of very poor. Seven weeks we have waited, We are still trying to solve the damaged cupboard which was damaged on installation, it's impossible. Two weeks ago manager said he would follow this up two weeks on, nothing. We have now Waited seven weeks to fix a cupboard and there has been no response from Magnet without us first prompting them. It does feel like there is a problem with the kitchen fitters at Magnet Sale, the first fitter went off ill, the second fitter left the job unfinished now the third fitter we are waiting seven weeks for his return to fix a cupboard which was damaged on installation and a water leak underneath the sink. Great kitchen. Just don't get a problem afterwards.

From our experience with Magnet, if you need any aftersale support - forget about it. If there's an issue with your kitchen, Chris the manager will avoid your calls for as long as possible, until you have to march back into the store, seek him out and force him into action. Even then, they drag their heels for months to look into the issue. Without exaggeration, from the date we got in touch about the issue to the point that Magnet finally did something has taken 6 months. If you want your time wasted, this is certainly the place. I wish we had someone to advise us against using a place like this.
