  ⭐☆☆☆☆ I am extremely disappointed with the customer service and management. After spending almost £7,000 on a new kitchen, I was informed only 24 hours before delivery that my cooker hood was unavailable. This means my new kitchen cannot be completed as planned. The most frustrating part was the lack of communication. I spoke to the store manager, Oliwia, who assured me three separate times that someone would contact me by the end of the following day. Nobody called. Nobody emailed. Nobody contacted me at all. What makes this even more disappointing is that the company required full payment 28 days before delivery, otherwise the kitchen would not be dispatched. They even contacted me to request an additional £15 because one of their staff had made a mistake in the final calculation, making it clear they would not release the order until it was paid. However, when it came to their own responsibilities, they failed to deliver the service I expected. After taking almost £7,000 of my money, I am left without an essential appliance and without any clear information about when it will arrive. Very poor customer service, very poor management, and a very disappointing experience. I expected much better.

  I recently visited Wren Kitchens in Luton to browse their kitchen and bathroom displays, where I had the pleasure of being assisted by Ethan. Ethan was exceptionally friendly, professional, and approachable throughout my visit. He took the time to offer helpful guidance in a calm and considerate manner, without any sense of pressure, which made the experience both comfortable and enjoyable. His knowledge and genuine willingness to help were clear, and he created a very positive impression. I would like to sincerely thank Ethan for his excellent service and kind, welcoming approach. He is a credit to the store ☺️

  We had a great experience with Sameia at Wren Kitchens. She has been an absolute delight to work with from start to finish. She was patient, knowledgeable and genuinely invested in helping us create the right kitchen for our home. We’re now just waiting on delivery, but so far the experience has been excellent.
