- MMMichaelDec 11, 20255.0Our kitchen is finished and it looks amazing! I was slightly worried by the reviews but I thought I would see for myself. Initial appointment was fantastic, the service was the best me and my wife had and yes we did the rounds. We finally agreed a price and placed our deposit and they couldn’t do enough. Derek Day was our designer and he was brilliant. He put together something different from the rest and it worked perfectly. Slightly over our budget but the people we dealt with (few people I didn’t speak to) made us feel welcome and was always at hand to answer questions, make slight changes where we wanted it and even assisted our builder/kitchen installer as he doesn’t usually use them. Simply fantastic service! One bit of feedback they seem to be understaffed a lot of the time and Aaron never seems to have a day off. I think Magnet need to look into this having one manager seems a lot for one person but they work hard and I certainly felt looked after. You made our experience one worth shouting loud about.
