  All the staff at Brentford Plum Centre have been exceptional, especially Kaia. I’ve shopped at Plum Centre Brentford for over 10 years. Many staff have come and gone but the ones that I remember are the ones that give great customer service and the bunch there right now have been my favourite.   I have been in many wolseley branch all around London as I cover most of London areas and my experience is generally good but Brentford branch team I must say are my top preference due to the way they handling the customers support they ate very friendly and they always do they're best to help from finding products, parts etc.. And they also always offered me help to load heavy items and I can see they are working very hard to support the customers on what they can. I thank you and appreciate the Brentford team very much.

  My local branch that are always helpful. Well staffed and good knowledge of products. Very professional service that look after their customers. Billy always provides me with quick quotes and good prices. They look after their customers with tea, coffee and snacks! Good atmosphere in there making my experience that more better than going to other merchants.
