Ana and the other team members at The Floor Room were super helpful from start to finish, having been very responsive and competent over email throughout the entire process of quoting, surveying, ordering, delivering and returning unused spare materials. We were able to find a floor that very closely matches the other flooring in our flat, and the Floor Room were happy to match a lower price that I found elsewhere. I was also able to return all my unused materials for a refund through a simple collection process. Many thanks again for your efforts!
