  Great Branch. Ive been using this branch for a few years now and Kevin the Branch manager is amazing, hes very professional and helpful. Abdi the staff member is also great and has helped me with an important payment issue in the past. Will keep using them.

  The main reason why i don't come to this shop.They never pick up the phone so i can check stock availability. Waste of time I go to the shop only the foreigners working and the English is chatting away. How are going to do business this way

  I’ve been sent from one branch to the other to pick up the parts from here 9 o’clock in the morning, not open every single time when I come to this brunch, they don’t have Parts

  I would give 0 stars if possible, but Gary big shout out to you, the customer aisstant great service on the phone and at the shop. But the Aisstant Manager, wonders me how she even got the position. I walked in and she was having a casual phone call, sitting down. note it’s casual talking about non work related not taking details of any parts or anything I initial assumed. She vividly saw me and gave me a good 5 second glance and then to my wonders just carried on the phone, not only did she not stop and say hold on please let me finish the call, nor called Gary who when eventually came After I had waited for 10 mins and said ‘how long you been waiting, why didn’t you call me?’ She appals me I will try avoiding climate center looks like they don’t want my company’s money. Disgusting All this while I ran out of site to get fan motor.

  Terrible service. It takes ages to be served here. My average waiting time here is about 20min if lucky.
