I initially booked a kitchen design appointment for early June, which a rep later called to confirm. I let her know I wanted to cancel, but she went ahead and booked me in for another appointment in July without my agreement. I never received a confirmation email, and when I called on the day to check, they had no record of the appointment - a complete waste of time.
On a separate occasion before, I went to visit the store in person to view the kitchen displays, only to find it had been closed early without any explanation. Another young family with a baby was also left waiting outside. A total waste of our afternoon.
It’s a real shame this branch operates so poorly. We previously visited the Acton branch and had a much more professional experience. The staff there were knowledgeable and helpful. In contrast, the rep we spoke to in Twickenham gave us conflicting information that didn’t seem to align with anything we’d read or heard elsewhere.
I’d strongly recommend avoiding the Twickenham branch and going to one of the nearby locations instead - they seem much better equipped to help.
