  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We designed and ordered our bedroom at Wren Romford, and Kuna Patel is what made the experience. Our room is an awkward shape with several tricky features to work around, and Kuna handled it brilliantly. He was extremely knowledgeable, took the time to understand exactly what we needed, and showed us the best possible options rather than just the easiest ones. Everything was explained thoroughly, and he genuinely went above and beyond to get the design right. We'd visited a couple of other Wren branches beforehand and come away a bit put off. Kuna completely changed that. From the initial design through to the survey and placing the order, the whole process was smooth and reassuring. If you live near Romford or even if it isn't your closest branch it's well worth trying this one first, and I'd suggest booking an appointment with Kuna specifically. He's the reason we ordered. Thank you, Kuna, we really appreciate it.

  We went to purchase a kitchen and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. A big part of that was down to Terry, who provided outstanding customer service throughout the process. Terry was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient, taking the time to understand exactly what we were looking for. He guided us through the different options, offered useful suggestions, and made what could have been a stressful decision feel easy and enjoyable. Nothing ever felt rushed, and we really appreciated his attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile to make sure everything was just right. It’s rare to come across such genuinely friendly and professional service. We’re very happy with our new kitchen and, thanks to Terry’s excellent customer service, we’ll be returning for a bedroom viewing as well. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Wren Kitchens—especially if you have the chance to work with Terry!

  Luke was fantastic from the start of the process right up until it was installed and even checked up on us once the work was complete. Really pleased with the personalised design and flexibility to make changes and adapt to suit the shape and size of the kitchen. Would recommend !

  We went to Wren in Romford for our kitchen and had a great experience. We saw Ryan Collins who was excellent. Ryan advised us in all aspects of our new kitchen and we now have the perfect kitchen. Ryan was professional, helpful, friendly and also patient with us. Choosing a kitchen is a big job and one that you would not do too often but Ryan gave us time to make sure that our decision was right. We now have a lovely kitchen that we are really happy with and everyone comments on how beautiful it looks. Thankyou Ryan 1st class and thankyou Wren Romford.
