They could be persistent but on the whole it’s a good experience to see kitchens in 3 D, although they don’t have proper cleaning procedures for the eye wear that are used. Improvement in that would be helpful to customers so that there is no contamination.

I was advised this could take up to 30 days (supposedly as per T&C's - nice little interest earner!) … we have now passed this timeframe but still haven’t received a refund despite several follow ups & chasers.

Pipe wasn't attached properly to S bend - it was hanging down hence washing up water would sit in pipe & end up in washing machine. I got infested with drain flies! Still trying to sort out 3 plumbers later- Thanks Wren!! Kitchen fitted more than a year ago!

Very flashy design software, but had a lot of issues with the actual design and the installation, including: - an original design where the wardrobe doors physically wouldn't have been able to open - doubling down on the above issue and giving incorrect measurements for the units (I had to go in with a tape measure to demonstrate that the measurements they gave were physically impossible) - doors fitted upside down - handles installed wrong (drawer handles on cupboard doors and vice versa) - missing parts on delivery I won't be using Wren again. More hassle than it's worth trying to get all the mistakes rectified
