  Not impressed. Very flashy design software, but had a lot of issues with the actual design and the installation, including: - an original design where the wardrobe doors physically wouldn't have been able to open - doubling down on the above issue and giving incorrect measurements for the units (I had to go in with a tape measure to demonstrate that the measurements they gave were physically impossible) - doors fitted upside down - handles installed wrong (drawer handles on cupboard doors and vice versa) - missing parts on delivery I won't be using Wren again. More hassle than it's worth trying to get all the mistakes rectified

  I left it some time between our kitchen being installed and the review, so I could see how everything was and the quality. Customer service from the branch was good during quotation stage, friendly and quite helpful. However post-installation we haven’t been happy. Although Wren where fairly cheaper than some other quotes we received, it shows in the quality. We’ve had repetitive issues whereas the kitchen is just not fit for purpose. We had a gas stove and oven pre-existing in the kitchen which Wren were aware we where keeping, however after just a few months of having the kitchen installed, the wrap on the cupboards surrounding the oven started to crack and peel off. We called them and they replaced it under warranty, however it’s a reoccurring issue whenever we use the oven. The warranty’s up now and so I would have to pay to have them replace again, although clearly its never been fit for purpose. Another issue , is that the laminate backdrop behind the stove is easily burnt. It’s really a H&S issue that they should have flagged to us initially, maybe suggesting replacing the oven or a different material to laminate, which isn’t susceptible to burning every time we use the stove. We have to be really mindful of how we place pots/pans on the stove, as if they are slightly too close to the wall, it catches and burns and laminate border. Another issue with the laminate top is that it’s not fully wrapped around the wood, it stops on the edges and the edges have been siliconed (or something to that effect) together, which means when they get wet (as kitchens do when washing up) over time the laminates come away from the wood on the edges. I’m really cautious and dry the sides every time after washing up but still it’s a reoccurring issue where we’ve had to keep filling it and now it’s out of warranty. I called about the warranty and was offered materials at cost price when I explained these reoccurring problems, however I’m still unhappy that the overall quality’s poor and thus I would KEEP having to pay to get these issues fixed as the kitchen impractical. I’d have rather been well informed during the initial quote and spent some more making sure everything was safe and fit for purpose. Now looking into having our tops replaced with another company, so a total waste of money for a kitchen only around 3-4 years old.

  Avoid - Customer Service is appalling. After we decided not to proceed. We initiated a refund. We were advised this could take up to 30 days…we are now passed this timeframe and still haven’t received a refund, an apology or any communication from Customer Services. Despite numerous attempts from sales consultant still no refund. Update - Still no refund and just been informed we’ll have a refund middle of next week. Response neglected an apology. Unacceptable!
