  Extremely disappointing experience at New Malden from start to finish. I encountered multiple issues including incorrect information regarding appliances, being charged incorrectly, poor communication, conflicting advice from different members of staff, and repeated pressure to make decisions and sign revised contracts before concerns had been fully resolved. I repeatedly raised concerns about the drawer design during the ordering process. The kitchen has now been fitted and my concerns have unfortunately proved justified, as several kitchen utensils do not fit properly within the drawers due to their limited depth. Despite raising these concerns on numerous occasions, I was largely told to wait until the kitchen was installed. To add to the frustration, some panels also arrived damaged. This was not the level of service or product quality I expected from a company marketing itself as a premium kitchen supplier.

  From the start to finish Kim Brown at Wren New Malden was very helpful knowledgeable and professional in all her design work and the end product was exactly as we thought and our new kitchen couldn’t have come out any better Thank you Kim Karen & Steve

  I recently had an experience with Wren Kitchens that left me quite disappointed overall, particularly with the level of service provided at store management level. During my visit, I dealt with a manager named “Arno”. Unfortunately, in my experience, he came across as lacking the level of product and process knowledge I would expect from someone in a managerial role. It made the whole experience feel disorganised and less helpful than it should have been. I also felt uncomfortable during my time in the store, as I overheard what appeared to be him speaking about another customer in a way that didn’t feel appropriate or professional. While I can’t know the full context, it did not give me confidence in the way customer information or interactions are handled. Overall, this experience has made me hesitant to proceed further with Wren Kitchens, as I would expect a higher standard of professionalism and customer care, especially from senior staff.

  I recently purchased a kitchen from Wren. Chelsea Woolston was my designer and I'm so glad that she was because from start to finish she was exceptional. She listened to what I asked carefully and even managed to suggest things I hadn't considered and I'm glad she did because I am so happy with my new kitchen! Chelsea utilised every little space left to ensure I had the most storage possible. The service & delivery was perfect and I found the customer service team to be extremely helpful if I had any questions. The kitchen itself is also very good quality and has bypassed my expectations. Thank you Chelsea!

  Absolutely terrible service. We made an appointment for a kitchen design quote as part of our house move only to be told when we arrived they couldn’t proceed until we actually own the house. Most places allow you to provide measurements and give you a price based on your chosen design (in fact b&q across the road were happy to do so). The designer was very unhelpful when we tried to discuss this and so we walked away and had a wasted trip.
