  We have just finished the design process on our new Wren kitchen. Though we haven’t had the kitchen delivered or installed yet, I wanted to to recognise Chelsea from the New Malden store who offered outstanding service. We had an appointment which ran over time (due to my indecisiveness) and Chelsea was so patient with us making sure we covered all of the details. What we loved most was that she let us take control of the process, but offered her opinion on what would look great, and which decisions were best value. She really went above and beyond, even after the design service she had perfect communication and allowed us to make changes and additions without any hassle. We are so grateful and would recommend both Chelsea and Wren!

  I was apprehensive about using wren after negative reviews online but my builder recommended them as he had recently done his own through them and so i went on his recommendation. My designer Elisha couldn't have been more helpful, i had many visits where she spent a long time ensuring everything was correct and understood the timescales involved in a major renovation and so didn’t push to get everything confirmed quickly ensuring we were working alongside everything else that was going on. The kitchen is perfect and i didn't encounter any problems apart from a couple of missing filler parts that were sent out immediately. Alisha also continued to help and answer questions during installation even though she didn’t have to. Would definitely recommend and use again.

  We had an absolutely fantastic experience dealing with kristina at the New Malden showroom! She is an exceptional designer who went above and beyond to help us explore our options. What made our experience truly great was her warm professionalism, patience, and incredible eye for detail. She listened closely to our ideas, offered brilliant layout suggestions, and made the entire design and planning process completely stress-free. Wren Kitchens clearly excels at employing dedicated, top-tier experts who genuinely care about providing a world-class customer service experience. Christina is absolutely amazing at what she does, and we highly recommend booking a consultation with her!

  Extremely disappointing experience with Wren New Malden. I had read several negative reviews about Wren before booking, but unfortunately I chose to ignore them, which was a mistake. I scheduled an online appointment and received a Microsoft Teams link. At the agreed time, I joined the meeting and waited for over 15 minutes, but nobody attended. I then contacted the store, only to be told that my appointment was not showing on their system. Apparently there had been a mix-up with Wren's online scheduling process. The appointment confirmation stated: "We'll send you the connection details along with any other information shortly. Your expert designer Angela will call you to introduce themselves in preparation for your appointment." However, nobody ever appeared on the teams link (it is obviously active but nobody have it in their diary) me, and when I queried the appointment, the store could not provide any clear explanation. The whole process felt disorganised and unprofessional. As a customer, I wasted my time waiting for an appointment that never happened. Based on my experience, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I have had. I would not recommend wasting your time with Wren and will be looking elsewhere for my kitchen project.

  Really unhelpful at the New Malden branch as we’d already had design advice from Bristol. Told us he wouldn’t be able to amend plans unless we were going to make an immediate deposit. We didn’t think it would matter that this wasn’t our nearest branch.
